The weather has been very gloomy and I needed something to brighten up my mood. I’m sure we can all agree that staying physically, mentally and emotionally healthy are top priorities on our list. I decided to final bring out my smoothie blender and create a colorful healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner smoothie. It’s tropical and very easy to make. It’s was also great to put away my cell phone and laptop down and just media detox. Let’s get started!
You Are Going To Need:
- 1/2 a cup of Strawberries
- 1/2 a cup of Mangos
- 1/2 a cup of Blueberries
- 1 Navel Orange
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup of milk
Then add Mango , Banana, and Orange into the blender
Blend until completely smooth, pour the next level onto the previous berry blend
